Project Description

Lift shaft environmental clean and asbestos removal and disposal under Fully Controlled Conditions (FCC).

We at PRO ES ensure that nothing is missed when it comes to setting up safely and carrying out the works to ensure our team and the tenants are safe throughout the process. For this project, we helped our client to remove and dispose of asbestos safely and efficiently. This type of work was notified to WorkSafe with five days’ notification prior to asbestos removal work.

Everything was planned prior to starting together with the client and assessor during a few site meetings due to the sensitive environment and tenants on each floor. The project was completed in 25 days as planned, and also included some additional work.

Our asbestos removal team was working six days a week on 12-hour shifts to complete the project ahead of the deadline. The client requested to set up fast wall hoarding on landing areas and this task was also completed by our PRO Environmental Services team.
