This project involved asbestos removal of textured coating ‘popcorn’ under Fully Controlled Conditions (FCC).
We received a phone call from a client two days before New Year’s Eve with a question if we could help with asbestos refurbishment, demolition survey, and potentially asbestos removal work. We answered the phone during the holiday period, then our team was on-site the next day to conduct the asbestos survey.
A few days later, after all the results from our survey and identification of asbestos-containing materials, we were ready to remove the asbestos safely. The client was in a rush because they wanted to continue with renovation works and move in ASAP.
We received a great review from the client after work completion.
